I am writing to express a HUGE THANK YOU to all of you for making my experience of learning how to dive absolutely wonderful. A special thanks to James Strawson, who was my instructor, for his knowledge and patience through the classes. He was so thorough, made us all feel very safe, and he was funny, which made things so enjoyable.

Hi everyone, I just wanted to write to say THANK YOU.......for everything on out trip last week. Talk about amazing! Everyone was a blast...the whole crew was fun to chill and hang out with. You guys rock. I think I got 3 families from our hotel to go dive with you since I was raving about you guys. So again.....THANK YOU. We are already planning a return trip ASAP...and you know we'll be calling again. Actually I have my Ddown shirt on today.
We miss the island already.......

Steve,

I would like to take this opportunity to compliment your staff for providing us with a tremendous vacation. I never dove with you before and I guess that goes back to when you were at the Sleep Inn and had those early starts. But this past trip sold you and your operation to me.

When it came to making reservations Nicole Best was always a joy to deal with. My wife and I dove with and was equally impressed with Stuart Palmer, James Brewer and Shaggy Stanton.

In addition, my wife and I dove numerous times with James Strawson and thought he was incredible. He went out of his way to make sure the sights had good visibility, none or little current, and a sight we had not dove before on this trip. Good luck in your operations in the islands. Look forward to diving with you again.

Nicole, I just wanted to send you a note to let you know how wonderful our diving experience was. Stu was the best dive master we have ever had. We have been diving for 22 years, and he showed us things we have never seen before. We will be requesting Stu on our next trip to the Caymans.

I was in Grand Cayman the week of Feb 21-28... We stayed at the Grand Caymanian and did
several dives with you guys. Jess finished up her cert with Jenny. We had an amazing time, everybody was great to work with, very friendly,
very professional, and very fun!

Hello:

Our family would like to say thanks for the great dives we had with you all recently on our trip to Cayman. We are very pleased to have found you guys. We were on 3 boat dives, and all were great experiences. We especially want to thank you for scheduling us on a boat by ourselves. We were just about a full boat, but we appreciate your consideration when deciding where to put everyone. We feel you went "above and beyond" to make this a great week for us, and we wanted to take the time to say thank you. We are now loyal Divers Down divers -- thanks again.

Greetings, Hopefully all survived Gustav with no issues. We spent the second week of August in Grand Cayman and I wanted to drop a quick note to say how much I enjoyed diving with Divers Down. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful! James and Jon were great on the boat dives. Dave's paitence with my daughters during the Discover Scuba class and dive was much appreciated. Jon's guided tour of Stingray City was exciting and funny for the whole family. I think Jon was the highlight of the day for daughters. Everyone else I met or delt with was super as well, (Jenny, Kate, Nicole and Paul). I would highly recommend Divers Down to anyone who has the chance to visit Grand Cayman for diving. We just returned from a week of diving with your operation and I just had to send you an e-mail to tell you how much we enjoyed it. I have dived in Hawaii, Mexico, Bahamas, and many other places, but I can honestly say that I found your operation to be the best by far. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the service was flawless. Susan enjoyed her Discover Scuba and now is ready to do the full course.
Again, I just want to say thanks for a great time and if anyone I know is planning a dive trip to the Caymans, I will without reservation recommend Divers Down. Please give a special thanks to all that we came into contact with: Johnny, Shaggy, Kate, James, and Paul.

Rob, I would like to extend my deepest gratitude and appreciation to you along with the other dive masters that made my week of diving spectacular. Thank you Rob for your patience and natural ability to keep me calm during my certification dives. Without that, perhaps anxiety would have taken the best of me.A 9 ft. shark, stingrays, swimming through arches & caves, looking up to the surface under water to watch turtles swim gracefully over your head, and so many more surreal moments that will stay with me for a lifetime. Not bad for my first week of diving. This whole other mystical world which I encountered this week, and fell in love with. Perhaps in my next life I'll become a mermaid, but until then I suppose I'll have to keep on diving.

I wish you all the best, and will look forward to using your services in the near future.

I wanted to thank you for a wonderful day of diving!!! I really appreciated how you guys catered to our cruise ship's schedule, and helped us get as much diving in as possible. We had a great time! Steve. We are now back home and enjoying our memories of a wonderful week of diving. I wanted you to know what a wonderful job your staff did in making this our best dive experience in 15 years of diving in Grand Cayman. Paul, Dario, Nicole, and Matty went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly. I know these are valued employees, but wanted you to know they made every effort to make the diving experiece special. I am not sure how to put into words how we feel about Matty. I have done a lot of diving and know something about how dive masters work. Some are very structured, and some are very loose, but we found Matty to be both. Matty never missed a thing while we were diving,so everyone felt watched and protected. While doing this, he also made you feel like you were diving with one of your best dive buddies. He is a wonderful addition to your team and will be a huge asset in building your business. Please tell the group how much we think of them and how we are looking forward to seeing them next year.

Thanks again to you, Will, Rob and your whole team for accomodating my efforts to earn five specialties in four days and my master scuba diver certification. Special thanks to Will, please, for tolerating a single student for a week. I am considering returning next May to try for divemaster. We are planning to be there May 15-22, and I could return for a few days later in the summer if necessary. I returned home to the most recent issue of Sportdiver and was delighted to see the hula hoops in which I hovered and to read the article about Rob. Thanks again,

Hi this e mail is intended for Will to thank him very much for training me in the open water certificate. I thought his training was superb and when I had a moment of panic at 50 foot down his calmness really was most reassuring. Thank you also to Emily for great support on my first dive as a 'qualified' diver which I really enjoyed.

Will, you'll be pleased to know that my air lasted a lot longer without the anxiety of the 'tests'!!

My husband thoroughly enjoyed his scuba adventure in Grand Cayman . He was thrilled with the service that was provided and was happy that there was just one other gentleman besides himself, his friend, and the dive master that went on the dive. He mentioned to several people on our ship that it was awesome and he has given your name to a number of them. People couldn't believe that there were dives out there that could be booked outside the ship and you receive such personal and positive attention. Thank you for a job well done!!!
